Do I get Stanley Cup Playoff Ticket Priority with a season ticket purchase?
Yes, all Full and Half Season Ticket Holders have first right of refusal for their seats for the corresponding playoff package.  

What do I do if I lost my tickets?
Tickets that are lost, destroyed or inaccessible will be subject to a $3 reprinting fee.  In the event that a ticket is reprinted, the bar code on the original ticket will be voided.  To have a replacement ticket issued, please call the Penguins Customer Service Department at (412) 642-1842.

What if I can’t make a game?
As a Full or Half Season Ticket Holder, you have 2 options:

A.    Forward your tickets via e-mail up to two hours before the game.
    1.    Visit pittsburghpenguins.com/myaccount
    2.    Sign into Account Manager using your Account ID and PIN.
    3.    Select the tickets to forward and follow the instructions.

B.    Ticket Donation Program
Donate your tickets to Tickets for Kids Foundation up to 48 hours before the game via Account Manager or by calling the Penguins Customer Service Department at (412) 642-1842.

How can I purchase accessible tickets?
Accessible tickets may be purchased by calling the Penguins Customer Service Department at (412) 642-1842.  Accessible seating is located in the following sections:  B5, B11, B18, C16, C31, C32, C1, Igloo 2 and 3 East and Igloo 2 and 3 West.  Accessible seats in the C Level may be reached by elevator or ramps.

Where can I park near Mellon Arena?
Parking in the Mellon Arena lots is extremely limited on game days.  Fans may want to consider alternative parking locations throughout downtown Pittsburgh before heading to Mellon Arena.  Click here to view a map of lots as provided by the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership



Is accessible parking available?

There are accessible parking spaces located in the East and South parking lots.  You must have a valid person with disability parking placard to park.  Parking is first come, first served and spaces are limited, so an early arrival is recommended.  To arrange for a pre-game drop-off on Mario Lemieux Place, please contact the Penguins Customer Service Department at (412) 642-1842.

Are wheelchairs available for use?
A limited number of wheelchairs are available for fans to borrow during the game.  Please see a security guard at Gate 1 for information.

At what age does my child need a ticket to attend a Penguins game?
Children age two and under do not require a ticket to attend a Pittsburgh Penguins home game provided they sit on the lap of an adult throughout the game.  Any child over two years old will need a ticket to enter the building.  For all other Mellon Arena events, please visit mellonarena.com.

How can I change the information on my Pittsburgh Penguins ticket account?
Any changes to the account must be submitted in writing to the Penguins Customer Service Department:

Are games ever cancelled due to inclement weather?
Games are not typically cancelled or postponed due to inclement weather.  Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged for any game that is held as scheduled.  In the rare event that a game is cancelled or postponed, we will announce the policies and procedures at that time.

How much is parking at Mellon Arena?
Event parking in Mellon Arena’s four main lots (North, South, East and West) is $15 for Penguins home games.  Parking in the Melody Tent Lot, located above the East Lot, is $12 for Penguins home games.

Are cameras permitted at Mellon Arena?
Recreational cameras are permitted.  No professional lenses or video cameras will be allowed.  

Can I bring food or drinks into Mellon Arena?
No outside food or beverages will be permitted into the arena.

Can I bring a banner, sign or flag into Mellon Arena?
Banners, signs and flags are permitted as long as they are not attached to a pole or stick and do not block the view of other fans or cover signage within Mellon Arena.

Can I bring an airhorn into Mellon Arena?
Airhorns are not permitted at Mellon Arena.

Can I get a message displayed on the Jumbotron?
Birthday and anniversary messages can be displayed with a $20 donation to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.  To have a birthday/anniversary wish displayed click here.  All requests must be placed at least 48 hours prior to the game.

Where is Will Call located and what time does it open?
Will Call is located at Gate One, on the corner of Centre Avenue and Mario Lemieux Place, and opens one hour before face off.  Fans must present valid photo identification when picking up tickets.

What time can I enter the arena?
The gates open one hour before face off.

Is there an ATM at Mellon Arena?
There are Citizen’s Bank ATMs located on the main concourse outside the East and West Igloo Lounges as well as outside of the arena at Gate One.

Do the concessions take credit/debit cards?
No.  Concourse concession stands accept cash only, however, premium seat holders may use credit cards for food purchased in the Penn Telecom Lounges and the Igloo Club.

Where is lost and found?
Items lost and found during a game will be held at the Mellon Arena Information Booth located on the main concourse between Gate 1 and Gate 10.  At the conclusion of the game, unclaimed items are moved to the Gate 2 Security Desk.  To check on an item, please call (412) 642-1838.

Can I smoke in Mellon Arena?
Smoking is not permitted inside Mellon Arena, however, designated smoking areas are located outside the building and are accessible via the main concourse level outside of section B28 and B14.

Will purses, bags and jackets be inspected?
Yes, Mellon Arena security guards inspect all purses, bags and jackets upon entrance into Mellon Arena.

Are family restrooms available?
No, family restrooms are not available within the Mellon Arena facility.

Is there a team store onsite and what are the hours?
PenStation, the official team store of the Pittsburgh Penguins, is located at Gate 1 at Mellon Arena.  Store hours vary.  Please call (412) 642-1958 for more information.

Is the game-day skate open to the public?
Game-day skates at Mellon Arena are not open to the public.

How do I join the Penguins Season Ticket Holder Waiting List?
Fans can reserve a spot on the waiting list with a $200 deposit per seat, which can be applied to the purchase price of Full or Half Season Plans whenever season tickets become available.  Click here or call (412) 642-PENS to enroll.

How do I join the Igloo Club?
To be eligible for membership to the Igloo Club, an individual must be a Penguins Full Season Ticket Holder.  The membership year starts annually on September 1.  Pennsylvania Liquor Law dictates that only individuals may be listed as members.  Corporations, partnerships, or other such entities cannot hold memberships.  For more information, please call Dominic Depaola at (412) 642-2155.
