Michel Ouellet sparkled in his rookie NHL season with the Penguins in 2005-06. He racked up 16 goals and 16 assists in 50 games. He excelled on the power play as he tallied 11 goals on the man advantage. He ranked 12th among all NHL players and fifth among NHL rookies in shooting percentage at 18.4 percent.
