2007-08:  Steady defenseman was even or better for 28 of his 36 games … Was plus or even for all 13 games in November (plus-8) … Played 350th career NHL game Oct. 6 vs. Anaheim … Had two assists Dec. 5 vs. Edmonton, his first multiple point game since Oct. 25, 2003 (three assists for Nashville vs. Colorado) … Sidelined Dec. 23 with knee injury, underwent surgery and missed remaining 46 games ... Led team with 89 blocked shots at time of his injury.

NHL CAREER: Eight -year veteran needs 16 games played for 400 in NHL … Broke in with Philadelphia in 1999-00 and also played for Nashville before coming to Pittsburgh for 2006-07 season … Known for his capable defensive play; set career scoring highs with four goals, nine assists, 13 points in 75 games with Nashville in 2003-04 … also set Nashville franchise record with career-high plus-16 rating.
