Registration for 2005 Penguins Selects Tryouts

Please fill out the form in its entirety to register for 2013 Penguins Selects 2005 Team Tryouts (players born in 2006 are also eligible).
Dates: March 28, 2013 8:00 pm until 9:20 pm at Bladerunners in Warrendale AND March 29, 2013 6:00 pm until 7:20 pm at Bladerunners in Warrendale.
ATTENTION: Parents please note that this is a single registration for BOTH dates. Your player is expected to attend both sessions.
