Military Appreciation

The Pittsburgh Penguins are proud to support our military veterans. To show our appreciation for their bravery and dedication, the Penguins will honor our military heroes throughout the 2015.16 NHL season with an opportunity to thank the servicemen and women for their contributions and sacrifices to our country. The Pittsburgh Penguins, along with the generosity of our corporate partners, are proud to offer several ways for you to honor your military hero.

Trib Total Media Hometown Hero

Have you been inspired by a member of the military or local first responder? Have you witnessed the bravery and heroism of these men and women who serve our great country or city? If you know a military hero or first responder, perhaps yourself, who should be honored as a Hometown Hero at a Pittsburgh Penguins game, please consider nominating them to be a Hometown Hero.

Throughout the 2015.16 season, the Pittsburgh Penguins along with Trib Total Media will show our appreciation by recognizing members of the United States Military or local first responders for their service. In 200 words or less, please tell us why your nominee should be the next Hometown Hero.

Each Hometown Hero will receive tickets to a Penguins game at CONSOL Energy Center, special recognition at the game and a Penguins Prize Pack courtesy of Trib Total Media. For official rules, please click here.
