College: Slippery Rock University Major: Marketing Most Memorable Penguins Game: I would have to say the home opener of the 2005-2006 season. I got to witness Mario Lemieux and Sidney Crosby take the ice in Pittsburgh for the first time together. It was a loss to the Bruins but probably one of the most memorable sporting events I have ever attended. Not to mention getting to see Crosby score his first NHL goal. Game 6 in 2009 to even up the series 3-3 wasn’t bad either!!! Favorite Mike Lange Quote: “Get in the fast lane Grandma the bingo game is ready to roll!!!" Favorite Pittsburgh Food: Chicken on a stick from the cart in the Strip District. How did you learn how to ice skate? My Mom took me to Harmarville when I was about 5 years old and couldn’t get me off the Ice. I owe my love of hockey to her. If you had a day with the Stanley Cup where would you take it? I would probably start out in my hometown and take it to lunch at the best Italian spot in Butler called Villa Grande. Then take my friends and family to Sandcastle and take it on the waterslides. Then end the evening with a bon fire back home with all my buddies. |
