|With the new emphasis in USA Hockey on allowing more incidental contact in positioning for puck control, but with full body checking being introduced later, at the Bantam level, the Battle Camp is next progression in our clinic offerings. More Info >>
Younger players in the Squirt and Pee Wee ages will learn proper body positioning in order to gain leverage on opponents. Additionally, they will gain strategies for handling the puck in traffic, obtain puck possession skills for gaining and keeping the puck and develop confidence in playing in tight quarters.
Bantam and Midget age players will learn all of these skills plus learn the proper techniques of hockey checking, including delivering a clean check, keeping elbows down and staying within the rules, strategies for avoiding checks, techniques for taking a check and playing safe and clean while playing aggressively.

|Gearing up for spring tryouts, sharpening skills and strengthening skating are the focus of this early spring weekend clinic. More Info >>
Tune Up for Tryouts is the opportunity to make sure youth hockey players are ready and at their best. The Penguins Tune Up camp is the perfect clinic to enable players to refresh and strengthen their skating, stick-handling, shooting and passing as tryouts begin in the spring.

PENGUINS HOLIDAY POWER SKATING SCHOOL
|This clinic is a great mid-season opportunity for youth hockey players to concentrate on and refine their skating. There are three days of instruction with Penguins Skating Consultant, Marianne Watkins. More Info >>|
|PENGUINS SUMMER HOCKEY SCHOOL|
|The Summer Hockey School in August is the flagship of the Penguins youth hockey camps and clinics. It is a five day camp filled with skills instruction from radio analyst and Penguins alumnus, Phil Bourque. Penguins Skating Consultant Marianne Watkins teaches power skating classes and there are scrimmages each day.|
