2012-13 Mini-Plans

Mini-Plans are an exclusive benefit for members of the Pittsburgh Penguins Season Ticket Waiting List. To register or learn more about the Season Ticket Waiting List, please click here.

If you purchased a Pittsburgh Penguins mini-plan for the 2012-13 season, your package was affected by this schedule change. While you will receive tickets for the unaffected dates shortly, several options are available for games that have been cancelled: 

1. Select replacement game(s) from the updated 2012-13 regular season home schedule. You will receive your discounted mini-plan price for these additional tickets. Tickets subject to availability. 
2. Keep the credit on your account.  The credit can be applied to the purchase price of any future game or package.
3. Request a refund in writing.  Requests can be emailed to the Penguins Customer Service Department at cservice@pittsburghpenguins.com.

To request a replacement game or use your available credit, please contact the Penguins Ticketing Department at 412.642.PENS at your earliest convenience.  Please note, we cannot guarantee that the same seats or price level will be available for the selected game(s).
