Penguins Re-Assign Forward Beau Bennett to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on a Conditioning Assignment
The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-assigned forward Beau Bennett to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League (AHL) on a conditioning assignment, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Ray Shero.
Bennett, 22, has missed the past 46 games due to a wrist injury. In 12 games with Pittsburgh this season, he has one goal, two assists and three points.
The WBS Penguins play tonight at home against Utica followed by a road contest against Albany on Sunday afternoon.
