Penguins Roundup: 3/14/14
With James Neal out of the lineup indefinitely with a concussion, Brian Gibbons was slotted on the second line with Jussi Jokinen and Evgeni Malkin at Friday's afternoon practice at Southpoint. Gibbons said after practice that working with the second line, he will focus on playing well for his linemates.
“I’ll just try to work hard, get to loose pucks, get some offensive zone time and try to let "Geno" (Malkin) and "Juice" (Jokinen) do their thing,” Gibbons said. “They’re two great players, it’s just getting the puck and working hard and stuff like that.”
