Penguins Recall Forward Steve MacIntyre from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton

The Pittsburgh Penguins have recalled forward Steve MacIntyre from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League, it was announced by executive vice president and general manager Ray Shero.
MacIntyre, 31, has appeared in 11 NHL games this season after signing with the Penguins as a free agent on July 12. The Brock, Sask. native was re-assigned to WBS on Jan. 25.
The 6-foot-5, 250-pound MacIntyre has appeared in 89 career NHL games with Edmonton, Florida and Pittsburgh, tallying four points (2G-2A) and 161 penalty minutes.
