After debuting during the ’11 Winter Classic the Penguins have constructed an Outdoor Community Ice Rink. The Penguins Pond presented by Highmark at SouthSide Works is on the corner of 26th & Sidney Street in Pittsburgh’s Southside. The Pond will open on November 18th and close on January 8, 2012.

•  PAHL teams are eligible to rent ice on Saturday & Sunday mornings and during the Christmas holiday week from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Teams will not be allowed to reschedule League games to the Pond.
•  PIHL games will occur on weeknights at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. PIHL slots are controlled by the league, if interested please contact Ed Sam, commissioner@pihlweb.com

Adults - $7.00
Children & Seniors - $6.00
Rental Skates - $3.00

Friday – 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Saturday – 1 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Sunday – 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Holiday Schedule
Thanksgiving – 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Christmas Eve – 1 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Christmas – 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
New Year’s Eve – 1 p.m. to 11 p.m.
New Year’s Day – 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
