Pittsburgh Penguins' 2011-12 Radio Network Features 36 Stations in Four States

The Pittsburgh Penguins’ 2011-12 radio network features 36 stations in four states.
 
Coverage across the network begins Thursday, Oct. 6, when the Penguins open the regular season by visiting the Vancouver Canucks. Game time is 10 p.m. (eastern) and pre-game coverage begins at 9:30 p.m.
 
Hall of Famer Mike Lange and two-time Stanley Cup champion Phil Bourque return as the Penguins’ radio broadcast team on flagship station WXDX-FM (105.9 The X). They are joined by Penguins Radio host Bob Grove, who handles pre-game, intermission and post-game duties.  All Penguins Radio Broadcasts, including an exclusive 60 minute pre- game show, can be heard on Penguins Radio 24/7, at 105.9 FM HD-2.
