Fan Guide vs. Tampa Bay: Game 7

For fans that are heading to CONSOL Energy Center on Wednesday, April 27 for the Penguins’ 8 p.m. playoff game against the Tampa Bay Lightning, here are some key points of information:

• Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. for the 8 p.m. start

• Fans attending Wednesday’s game should use tickets marked “Round 1, Home Game 4”

• All fans in attendance will receive a playoff rally towel courtesy of 84 Lumber and Nemacolin Woodlands Resort

• All fans in attendance are encouraged to “Wear Your White” – white jerseys, sweatshirts, sweaters, shirts or t-shirts – to help create a Whiteout atmosphere at CONSOL Energy Center
  • Official Penguins Whiteout t-shirts are on sale now at the PensGear store located in CONSOL Energy Center and local Dick’s Sporting Goods locations for $14.99
  • A portion of the proceeds benefit the Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation

• The following activities will take place at the CONSOL Energy Center gates (weather permitting)
  
  • American Eagle Gate – Live broadcast with DVE’s Sean McDowell from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
  • Verizon Gate – Stop by for free face painting as well as the opportunity to check out some of the latest devices and tablets from Verizon

• Stop by the “Carvery” located by Section 107 to purchase one of Wednesday’s special chef-prepared creations:
  • Beef Round Sandwich on an Italian Roll with potato hash, provolone and roast mushroom aioli

• Stop by the “Landing” located by Section 102 to purchase Wednesday’s special entrée in addition to a selection of desserts and sweet treats:
  • Gyro Chicken Skewer with romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion and feta vinaigrette

• No tickets for the game?  Join 96.1 KISS FM’s Mikey & Big Bob plus thousands of other Pittsburgh Penguins fans at the 16’ x 9’ high definition “Big Screen” presented by Trib Total Media
  • The big screen is located in the Civic Arena’s South Lot located along Centre Avenue
  • Admission is free – bring a lawn chair and a group of friends!
  • Concessions are available on site
  • For safety reasons, grills and alcoholic beverages are not permitted
  • Please be advised that adverse weather conditions may cause a cancellation of the big screen at any time.  The Pittsburgh Penguins and CONSOL Energy Center management will make safety a priority and will continue to monitor weather conditions throughout the day.
