A few players are going to catch some rays down south, some are going back home and others plan to just stick around Pittsburgh and relax.

Craig Adams is taking his family to Disney World over the weekend, something that excited his son and HBO 24/7 star, Rhys.
“It kind of snuck up on us and we were trying to think of something to do,” Adams said. “It was actually my wife’s idea. I think it’s great, Rhys will really enjoy it. He’s really excited. We’ve got the propaganda going with the Disney stories just to get him excited.”
Ben Lovejoy is heading to Palm Beach, Fla. to get away from the brutal Pittsburgh winter, and Maxime Talbot had a similar idea.
“I’m going down south to get some sun,” Talbot said. “Hopefully it’s going to be nice out.”
Pascal Dupuis wasn’t able to get a passport for his daughter until this week, so he will just be spending some family time in Pittsburgh.
“We couldn’t really plan anything, so we’re just going to stay around here,” Dupuis said.
Brent Johnson and his wife will be heading back home to Michigan to catch up with friends and family.

Alex Goligoski will also be heading home.
“I will be going back to beautiful, sunny Minnesota,” Goligoski joked. “I’m just going back to relax. Break’s going to be good, especially this time of year.”
Everyone stressed the importance of resting up for the final few months of the season so that the team can be prepared for the playoff push.
“Things kind of can be a little mentally grinding,” Goligoski said. “I’m going to rest up for that and get ready for the home stretch.”
With several players battling injuries and illnesses, the days off came at a convenient time for the Penguins.
“Trust me, it will help a lot of guys with bumps and bruises,” Johnson said. “Things will be healed up and ready for the haul into playoffs.”
