Penguins Acquire 2010 Sixth-Round Draft Pick From The Toronto Maple Leafs In Exchange For Chris Peluso
The Pittsburgh Penguins have acquired a 2010 sixth-round draft pick from the Toronto Maple Leafs in exchange for defenseman Chris Peluso, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Ray Shero.

Peluso, 23, is currently playing collegiately for Bemidji State of College Hockey America. The senior defenseman has seven assists and a plus-4 rating in 24 games. Peluso was originally drafted by the Penguins in the seventh round (194th overall) of the 2004 NHL Entry Draft. 

The Penguins now have eight draft picks in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft with a first-, third-, fourth-, fifth-, three sixth- and a seventh-round selection.
