Penguins Re-Assign Engelland, Lovejoy
The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-assigned defensemen Deryk Engelland and Ben Lovejoy to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League, it was announced by Executive Vice President and General Manager Ray Shero.

Engelland made his NHL debut Nov. 10 at Boston and recorded his first point (an assist) Nov. 16 vs. Anaheim. He posted two assists and 17 penalty minutes in nine games with Pittsburgh.

In eight games with Pittsburgh, Lovejoy collected three assists and a plus-5 rating. During his stint, Lovejoy saw action on the Penguins’ power-play and penalty-killing units while averaging nearly 18 minutes per game (17:53). Lovejoy notched his first career NHL point (an assist) Nov. 14 vs. Boston.
