On a delayed penalty call against the Penguins Brown finishes off a beautiful passing sequence by taking a Stoll pass and ripping a snap shot over Fleury. Kings 5, Penguins 2.

Fleury stands his ground and makes the save on a breakaway attempt by Williams.

Quicks handles a wrist shot from Letang and grabs the rebound before Guerin could bounce on it.

Crosby's back and both teams are at full strength.

Close since scoring the opening tally of the game, Kopitar wraps a Williams rebound behind Fleury to tie the score. Penguins 2, Kings 2.

Los Angeles kills the off the penalty to Williams. After 40 minutes the Penguins lead, 2-1. The Kings have a 20-13 lead in shots.

Guerin hits the post from right to the left of the cage trying to convert the rebound of a Staal shot.

Williams gets penalitzed for high-sticking. Kunitz takes exception to the Kings shooting the puck into the Pittsburgh net after the whistle. He and Michal Handzus get extra penalties for roughing. Staal takes Kunitz' spot on the top power-play unit.

Kopitar rings the post to the right of Fleury.

Quick makes a game-saving change with his right pad on Conner. Staal stole a loose puck in the Kings' zone and fed to Conner wide open on the right side.

Fleury keeps a puck out of the cage while on the ice making a snow angel.

Pittsburgh denies Los Angeles any quality scoring chances in killing the penalty.

A loose puck comes right to Guerin at the top of the near circle and his heavy shot flies off the pad of Quick.

Fleury uses his blocker, glove and shoulder to make a save on Kings captain Dustin Brown's shot from the top of the near circle.

Crosby is kicked out of a faceoff because he had blood on his face. He had to go to the bench to get it removed.

- Craig Adams led all players with five hits.
- Chris Conner recorded his first point as a Penguin when he set up Jordan Staal's score.
- Kris Letang led the Penguins with 7:57 of ice time.

There will be a slight delay as for the second time this season a pane of glass breaks. Adams' hit on Greene causes the break.

Staal looks as good as he has in a while, shielding a defender with one hand while using the other to throw a shot towards Quick.

Craig Adams, Ruslan Fedotenko and Pascal Dupuis trap the Kings in the zone and get two quality scoring chances.

Fleury was not happy with Ted Purcell running into him following a scoring chance. Guerin has words for the referee.

Quick uses his glove to stay with a shot from the left point by Jay McKee that deflects off traffic on its way in.

Chris Kunitz throws a shot over the shoulder of Quick just wide of the net on a three-on-two rush.
