Penguins Hold Cell Phone Collection To Support Womansplace Shelters

The Pittsburgh Penguins will team up with Verizon Wireless again for a cell phone drive on Wednesday, February 11 prior to the Penguins vs. San Joe Sharks game.
Collection sites will be located at Mellon Arena gates 1, 3 and 10 prior to the game through the middle of the first period. Each fan that donates a used cell phone, cell phone accessory or makes a cash donation will be eligible to win a variety of Penguins prizes.
Any model of cell phone or accessory will be accepted. The Verizon Wireless HopeLine program will refurbish or recycle all donations and make a monetary donation to the Womansplace shelters.
