PENGUINS WELOME BRUINS TO MELLON ARENA ON WEDNESDAY

The Pittsburgh Penguins look to make it three wins in a row Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. when the Boston Bruins visit Mellon Arena for a Thanksgiving Eve contest.

The Penguins (10-7-2) have won their last two games and three of their last four overall. They take on the Bruins (8-8-2) for the first time this season on Wednesday.

Evgeni Malkin is tied for the rookie scoring race with Kings forward Anze Kopitar with 18 points. Malkin leads all rookies with nine goals. He has nine assists as well. Penguins rookie Jordan Staal ranks second among rookies with seven goals.

Sidney Crosby is third in overall scoring with 30 points. He has 10 goals and 20 assists.

Marc-Andre Fleury will get the start in goal for the Penguins. He has a 10-5-1 record with a 2.82 goals-against average and a .913 save percentage.

FSN Pittsburgh will televise the contest at 7:30 p.m., while 105.9 The X will start its radio broadcast with a pregame show at 7 p.m. The broadcast may be found live through streaming audio on pittsburghpenguins.com as well.
