PITTSBURGH - The Pittsburgh Penguins have reassigned forward Michel Ouellet to their American Hockey League affiliate, the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, it was announced today by General Manager Craig Patrick.
Ouellet, 23, appeared in three games with the Penguins, going scoreless with a plus-1 rating. Ouellet was recalled by the Penguins on November 22nd.
The 6-0 and 202 pound native of Rimouski, Quebec has appeared in 17 games this season with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. Ouellet leads the team in scoring with 29 points (10+19) and leads the team in assists while ranking second in goals.
