PrintThe Pittsburgh Penguins will welcome a total of 68 players to training camp on Tuesday at Mellon Arena.
The schedule for the first day will involve medical exams, physical testing and a team meeting. There will be voluntary open ice for the players from 1-3 p.m.
Practice sessions begin on Wednesday at 8 a.m. under the direction of head coach Eddie Olczyk and his staff. Practices and the training camp tournament will be open to the public, free of charge, from Wednesday-Sunday
Fans may enter Gate 1 at Mellon Arena. Arena concession stands will be open.
