Forward Pascal Dupuis did not skate a regular shift in Pittsburgh's morning skate at Wachovia Center on Tuesday afternoon, meaning he is unlikely to play in the Penguins' game against the Philadelphia Flyers at 7 p.m.
In his place, Matt Cooke will get a shot playing alongside Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin on the team's top line. The remaining combinations were: Chris Minard-Jordan Staal-Petr Sykora; Tyler Kennedy-Maxime Talbot-Miroslav Satan; Paul Bissonnette-Dustin Jeffrey-Eric Godard.
The defensive pairings were: Brooks Orpik-Ryan Whitney; Rob Scuderi-Kris Letang; Hal Gill-Alex Goligoski. Defensemen Philippe Boucher and Mark Eaton will be the likely scratches.
Goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury will make his sixth straight appearance in goal for Pittsburgh.
