Penguins Re-Assign Goaltender Eric Hartzell to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton

The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-assigned goaltender Eric Hartzell to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Ray Shero.

The move reduces the Penguins training camp roster to 43 players (25 forwards; 15 defensemen; 3 goaltenders). Click here for an updated camp roster.

Hartzell played in one preseason game for Pittsburgh, stopping all four shots he faced in 20 minutes of action.
