THE PENGUIN WEARS PRADA
Goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury was wearing an all white helmet at Monday’s practice at Southpointe. I guess he was saving his best for the home skate debut at CONSOL Energy Center.
Fleury was sporting a brand-new netminder mask for Tuesday’s informal skate. Looking pretty chic. A friendly tweeter (@DougGraham1) sent us an article on his new masks. Check it out here. He also has a blue mask for the third jersey that you can see here. Looking chic Flower.

Participants were Kennedy, Jeffrey, Vitale, Crosby, Glass, Cooke, Neal, Kunitz, Adams, Engelland, Niskanen, Orpik, Lovejoy and Fleury.
Also of note: Dupuis skated on his own from 10-11 a.m. Brent Johnson tended net at the other end of the ice.

START THE DAY
Good morning Pens fans! The players have an informal practice scheduled at 11 a.m. at CONSOL Energy Center. The sessions are player organized so participation depends on which players are in town. The guys will be operating under such a dynamic until the collective bargaining agreement between the NHL and NHLPA are finalized and training camp begins, which of course is organized and directed by the coaching staff (no date has yet been set for the start of camp).
